You will need to be tested, preferably in wushu and another mod that you don't seem all that confident in.

I have some private problems so, before I venture into the darkness of inactivity, I have to tell u that I don't know how to help u. My shity tablet is plug and draw, there is no other things to it. Just pressure control that I manage from some very options limited window... Sorry that i can't help, and bye...

Here's the list of possible candidates (and reasons why they were included):

Sicks (possible intelligence)
Ladger (intelligence)
Rayzor/Daid/Kadan (forum activity)
Ydnarano67 (previous leadership skills)
Galt (intelligence, rational)
Lebabris (ingame skill)

That is the list of people you have to choose from. The people in the list were people who I felt could run the clan. If you are not on the list it means (in my eyes) that you aren't capable of doing the job.
