Well I dont see it either.

Though that 2k head works just fine for 3.8.

You probably dont have anything uploaded, you didnt even activate it.

Its just as the original head texture, will work later too.

I tried downloading him, couldnt actually see anything.

Edit: ah, your head is there, you just cant download in single player.
Dont worry, those textures are permanent

There are, it works perfect, its just that you can't download it in singleplayer.

and also make sure you got the real 3.8 version

But like I said.. I played with many guys and everyone said they didnt see my head texture..
