I wrote something about this a while back. It might be true, at least in how we perceive it. Take the fact that we are 3D (freely move in 3D), yet we understand 4th D pretty well in an act such as catching a ball. In that case, we experience 5th D as making a decision, guessing the consequences of whether to study for HW or play Toribash. If so, then 6th D is experienced as regret. If I had taken a shower, I would have ended up not being stinky right now. The rest gets tricky, but it's all there. What if I was a fish? <- Alternate dimensions. We don't freely move about these dimensions, but we've got a decent grasp on most of them.
