Just take the original head and touch it up and add shading and things.

Well, honestly, I think you'd get better results paying the right guys the 8k.

Looking at your head, it will be a lot harder to add depth and shading.

That, and you want us to work from the 128x128 single layer .tga, which makes editing extremely difficult.

No chance that you have the original .psd/.xcf? Hopefully in a higher res?

Well I am looking for the xcf file now but I made the head in 128x128.

If you want you can make the head from scratch but in a different res.
It isn't a hard head to make so I don't think that should be a problem.

Hey guys I made a better version of my head in 256x256.
I smoothed the skin and made everything neater. I also changed the eyes.

Hopefully this helps you guys.
I will send it to everyone who wants to do it if you guys think this is okay.

well, since I made both heads why dont I just make you a totally new head? with same color scheme etc.?
