But how do I can know who will be loyal to clan? Should I recruit everyone with the same belt as me just like steveirwinsaid and after some time choose most skilled, mature, active or most active or ppl that I get along well with to main positions in clan?
I think that all these 4 things are important but how i can do balance betwen them?
1. skilled members - well I think that its one of main things for me, because Who would like to join clan where only are noobs with noobish moves?
2. peopl that get along well with - thing that makes friendship
3. active members - welll... inactivnes is one of main thing that makes death in clans.
4. mature members - well its anoying if in clan are stupid kids
well.. I think all these things are important but what should I do recruit whater I find in-game with the same belt as me and then kick 90% members who aren't mature, without skills, inactive etc. or wait all the time and find perfect members that appers once a milion??

Kicking members in general is... kinda bad, unless there is a really good reason.
It kinda makes other members feel insecure about their positions in the clan.
You don't kick someone from your family, etc.
And yes, wait.
You might get on with those players now, but see if you can tolerate a couple of weeks playing with them before you make decisions about them and stuff.
