Headspins in such a low gravity are a pain in the ass because you tend to fly away so easily. I'd suggest starting in a higher gravity. You can put a lot more force into your arm movement without your head leaving the ground.

you gotta extend both your glutes, ankels, and extend your abs. press space till you are on your head. then contract both pacs. press space till your arms are on the ground. then extend the elbow, wrist and peck of your left/right arm.. now your doing a headspin .
