Btw theres a difference between logo and avatar.
If you actually USE that image as an avatar you will lose TONS OF QUALITY.

Just a tip,
To make the reflection look a little bit more realistic, you should try fading out the reflection near the bottom.

And by the way I might try this. Don't count on it though. I've got some other things to do as well.
