That's ok. Some of the desings are good, especially the thighs. Don't copy the thigh textures for legs, it doesn't look good. The body is good. Now it looks very flat. Try to add some shadows and hilight. Usually a set with a good contrast looks good. Little details make it better too. It's not the best set, but it's better than many I've seen.

Oh.. I just want to know, How do I shadow things? DO i have to do it all manually?

Work on the biceps. i dont really like them. Same with the torso.

But the main parts like the heads and the legs. are great
