You get packs from the store, and they are so nice to allow you to wear the items even if you are a brand new member. But a set you make yourself. You have to buy all the items of a set, then buy the set item (only 10 tc) and put all the items into the set. So pack = Nabi, set = User.

Can he send me every packs , exept the two 500qi packs ?Or something will restrict me to recieve them ?

When items are placed in a pack, they maintain their Qi restriction. The packs themselves have nothing to do with it. They are simply a way to group items, they do not remove Qi restrictions

Sets on the other hand, require no qi.

If you cannot recieve a pack because you don't have the Qi, the only thing you can do about it is go and get the Qi.

Well , anyway this guy is inactive , and quite weird , i'll try to fix it with him, and if i don't find a solution , i'll re-post here,
