Technically, I think Halo 3 won't be as good as multiplayer as Team Fortress 2. Team Fortress was the first game that made Valve and multiplayer what it is, and Half-Life was next in the fame line. Half-Life 2 was released, which was even more of a hype, and then Episode 1. Soon, Portal, Team Fortress 2, and Episode 2 will be released, and I bet they will do just as good of a job at pleasing the community once again.

Meanwhile, Halo has a very unoriginal storyline (Fight a war against aliens to stop the universe being blown up. Wow, that's original.) and doesn't do anything amazing to gaming. The multiplayer is the only thing that made it succeed. And if the multiplayer in Halo 3 is just as horrible as Halo 2 (which I bet it will, the beta multiplayer already sucked,) then there is no chance of it being a replayable game, especially since it has a really short single-player.

I know I may sound like a fanboy too, but I do one thing a fanboy doesn't: say that this just my opinion and that you can think what you think.
