I like holidays in theory, but I always find myself being bored to death, mostly because I don't do many social things... ever.

Christmas is A++ grate if you ask me. No school, free presents, chocolate calendars and a metric fuckton of awesome food. The part about dancing around a tree is something i view as a necessary evil, but it gets kinda fun when you get to a song where you circle the tree really quickly. Then there's New Years, which is the only time of the year where you can legally launch rockets in your backyard, place large firework batteries on the street and let them rip, and generally just blow shit up.

So yeah, i guess you could say that i'm cheery. 'specially due to the fact that there's no school.

i love christmas, but that is only because i get lots of stuff without having to do any work, please disregard the following if you dont want to listen to a 12 year olds thoughts.....

if you think of christmas as a holiday for nothing, and you are not christian, and you dont get presents for christmas, you wouldnt see any point in it, and would probably be annoyed with everyone (not every single person, i mean most people you know) for celebrating something which has no effect on anything to do with you, if you are christian, but dont get presents, you would probably celebrate christmas because (obviously) it is "the birth day" of jesus christ...

if you are any other religion, or christian for that matter, and get presents, you love christmas, for obvious reasons, powered by greed...

if you buy presents to give and dont get any, you would obviously not like christmas, because you have to pay lots of money....

i dont know much about you, and you dont know much about me, so please dont base any opinions on what i have just said, because, again, i am only 12, and have yet to understand being "grown up"

I have not received anything for Christmas since I was 17. (20 now)
Everyone I know always has a very merry Christmas and I am prone to envy.

I enjoyed Christmas much more when I was younger. It's lost most of it's appeal to me. I look forward to New Year mainly because it's the best night out of the year.
