Fine, but the 35k doesn't get you the accounts.
Think of it this way:

The accounts are worth 6.5k
I'm offering the card for 40k
If you were to buy the accounts and card separately, it would cost more than 40k.
And I forgot to mention- the card is worth well over 50k.

So, 40k for the card and both accounts or 35k for just the card.
