I have no idea who you are, but I'm guessing you're GABIEL. I got both versions of the set when I purchased the original Acid one. I have not personally recolored it, you did. Therefore I actually bought two separate sets from you, one Acid and one Amber. So even if it was against the rules to sell recolors, it would still be fine.

Correct. Unless the original artist explicitly states terms for resale when the set is first sold (e.g. monobi), the buyer has full rights to recolor/resell/etc.
