Also you can use this instead fo the dxdiag, it's a lot easier and all the info is there.

That won't fix anything, I think.

Some AMD processors have been producing the error recently, updating the driver for it (yes they have drivers) has had some success fixing it.

The other cause is not having the c++ hotfixes installed.

Your Graphics driver is horribly out of date too. Ignore ATI/AMD telling you there isn't a newer version for your card. The latest version is here:

The other ATI driver site's a load of crap imo.

The v10 drivers are the newest, since your card doesn't support shaders one of those will be fine.
