Nice details on the hair but the edges are horrible.
Also the shading is pretty poor so are the face parts.

His hair doesn't look like the reference at all. I don't like it either. Make it thinner and less long. The hairstyles also don't match, and the one of the reference certainly looks a lot better.
Might want to work on that.
