Ah i see the problem, you actually have a "Head Avatar" not a "Head Texture".
A head avatar is a little spinning head which is under your name in-game.

Head textures actually cost 20k .. (yeah .. its a fair bit).
I'm sending you 20k now seeing i've got a bit of spare cash.
