With a pentium 4, you should probably go a bit lower than the 8800s, try this:

It's much cheaper, and your cpu is quite old, so you won't notice much of a difference.

If you want an 8800 I'd suggest upgrading your CPU to a core2duo 4300, but you'd need a new mainboard for that too, so it'll get quite expensive.

but how much FPS do u think i would get with shaders using the 7600GT

Most likely around 50, except when there's lot of calculations, your cpu will hinder the performance there
