i had this same bug when testing the enviroment objects back in a beta of TB3.0. The bugs real, what causes it is uncertain.

i think its a basic glitch, or your colors on your cpu got mixed up
or your computer just couldnt handel all the deta being put into the game so it resulted in a glitch
somethimes when im playing a mod and something spinns too fast or to much damage happenes to one of us it just quits
