well some starters you can use. I just tell you the starters, experiment with it. Some of those starters can bcome pretty awesome
Wushu: ***
One of the best starters i've ever made. If you move right you can kick away every offensemove and if your opponent is more def, you can attack with this move pretty well too.
(don't hold all!!!)
contract right pecs
expand left pecs
left rotating chest
left bending lumbar
extend right hip
hold right knee
Taek Kyon: *(**)
If you update this starter a liddle you can make my best taekkyon move. Once i streaked to over 100 at demotk with it. To find different ways of kicking, work with contract/extend hip on 2nd turn. You still can use your right arm to block nearly everykick over right and take lower leg by gripping. If your opponent kicks over left work with your hips and lumbar, and you can take ukes right lower leg
(hold all)
contract right pecs
expand left pecs
left rotating chest
left bending lumbar
contract ABS
extend left and right glute
extend right hip
contract left hip
contract left knee
extend left ankle
contract right ankle
Judo: *
An easy move, but pretty effective
(Hold all)
contract left and right pecs
left rotating chest
contract ABS
extend left and right glute
extend right hip
contract left hip
contract left ankle
extend right ankle
TwinSwords: *
A 2nd turn attackmove at twinswords. Work with relaxing to get a better aiming.
hold all
left beding lumbar
extend left glute
relax chest
relax left pecs
at 2nd turn:
contract left pecs
extend right pecs
right rotating chest
right bending lumbar
contract abs
contract left and right glute
extend left hip
Sambo (works very well at aikido too):**
Its based on pull/push uke from the ground and walk with him over the dojoline to dq him
(Hold all)
lower left/right shoulder
contract left/right pecs
left rotating chest
left bending lumbar
extend ABS
extend right glute
extend right hip
relax left knee
relax left ankle
relax left elbow
contract right elbow
extend right wrist
(you should grap at 2nd turn, not at first turn, cause than your opponent sometimes loose his hands)
Kickbox: **
A nice kickboxmove, you can work with your arms or with your legs. But you often loose your wrist.
contract right pecs
expand left pecs
left rotating chest
left bending lumbar
extend right glute
extend right hip
contract left knee
extend left ankle
extend right ankle
hold left wrist
A pretty nice starter which works at kickbox and judo and sambo and and and...find out on your own: *
(hold all)
contract right pecs
expand left pecs
left rotating chest
left bending lumbar
contract ABS
contract left hip
contract right knee
contract right elbow
extend right wrist
relax right hip
I use this starters, or nearly these starters sometimes too. If you can handle them, they can become pretty good
