[Event] Make an Album Cover!

Story
Okay, so 4 of my friends are in a band and they asked me if I knew any artists that could make them an album cover. I said "yeah!" and here we are. The name of the band is Stickshift and the album name is 4 Wheel Drive.Vectors would be nice, it does NOT have to be incredibly realistic.
Requirements
Here are specific things that they have asked to be on the cover:
1. An island background
2. A black guy riding a dolphin with wheels holding a flaming microphone
3. A short white guy in a bunny suit with a guitar in hand
4. A drummer on a cloud playing drums.
5. A palm tree on the island
6. The name of the band somewhere
7. The name of the album somewhere
The size should be 630x630 (that is generally what we're looking for, but whatever size you feel comfortable with, go for it.)

For completing this event, and winning, you will receive the following payments.
20k = 1st Place
