skiing has many more options and ways to enjoy it.

true.. but I don't know how to ski....and iv never tryed it so i Stick to snowboarding.

I'd stick with skiing 'cause snowboarding u have less control and fall easier, while skiis u can race down steadily

When was the last time someone with downhill skis went cross country with them?
I still cross coutry ski which is pretty fun but it not a fast paced adreniline based sport like downhill sports. I get bored with cross coutry skiing after a while.
Also there are snowboards that morph into cross country skis.

I used to ski and i was pretty good at it. I liked it a lot and had fun doing it. Then my brothers told me to try out snowboarding. The first two years of it were miserable. I was falling down all over the place and hurting myself a lot. Now i have been snowboarding for over 8 years and i love it. It is 100x or more better than sking. It is more fun and most snowboarders are not pricks like some skiers are. Skiers try to have all skiing moutains which reminds me of racism. They think "Yay for skiing and all snowboarders are faggots." Personally i think skiing can be cool but snowboarding is more fun and cooler.



No it doesnt. I used to ski and i can tell you first hand you get more control with a snowboard.

How so?

You can make really nice fast turns on a snowboard in powder (which i love) and i am pretty sure that when you are going faster you can make a sharper turn on a snowboard. The turns are also fun to make on a snowboard because when you make a really nice turn you can touch the ground with you hands or elbow.

Yes but with skis you can face foward...On a snowboard you can't without twisting your back.
And with skis you can trip people and leave before they knew what happend.
