I'm a sucker for vector's its pretty good you should design stuff like this more often i like it, the shadows are quite odd tho

It's an alright wallpaper, but a pretty bad vector-style cartoon piece. The eyes and mouths are thick and sloppily pentooled, and the shading on the trees is almost nonexistent.

I've got so many good comments on this, I've decided to make another.
Any ideas?

Add more shading to the trees and make the pentooling less sloppy. The lines for eyes and mouth are way too thick and look out of place.

Not bad piece man, vectors are boring these days though.

looks great...except the river it looks exactly like a blue line...maybe some waves of some sort would go nice in there.
