hm its not bad at all-better that the first one but... i dunno its to blurry for an 512x512 head

What exactly is blurry? I'd like to understand what i shouldn't do in further (:

The new head doesn't match the set at all unless you're recoloring.

pay attention on mapping, for example those screws... I like idea of look of back part of head, but fron part is kinda simple, you should add more details and some hand paiting :-D
