TBH sounds like classic driver problems, go to your manufacturer website and install the latest drivers.
Yep, just had this EXACT same problem myself.
Most of the time it's your graphic drivers that need updating.
Go download new drivers for your card.
Fixed mine that way.
Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Add Programs from Microsoft on the left.

Urm, don't do that, go to the manufacturer website and get all the drivers they recommend.

DjPz: if he doesn't have the drivers, microsoft probably wont find them now :P, it's best to just go to the manufactuer, where they lsit all the drivers you need, including some obscure ones that never get linked, and fixes for bad drivers you may have that windows sees as good. Understand?
