Try extending the left hip at the frame before the impact. You might be able to work with it then.

Also, if you don't grab at frame 359, you get a decap. I just figured a backkick would look nicer.
Thanks for the idea ChuiGum, I made a new version, I actually like this version better. I could not get a boom on the second hit, the closest I got was a pec, arm and the head. Anyway feedback is greatly appreciated.

It's definitely better than the original. It looks pretty stiff in general though. The first kick looks weird. I can't really put my finger on why it looks weird, but it does.
Why it looks weird is because you contract your right leg, causing your whole body to be off the ground. A glutes is extended making it kinda akward. but a huge improvement compared to the first.
