I would go with your idea then of a different mod every stage and a best of three. Still its not completely fair... but it will be the closest so far

EDIT: I'd suggest play the tournament mods every knockout, but it would be to hard to monitor and would make the tournament longer, if there are people that want it done in the shortest time possible

EDIT EDIT: on second thought. i cant join in. I do not know how much bandwith we have left for the month so i might not be able to join the whole tournament if i was so lucky to get through.

wait what mod would we do? maybe each pair of players is in a best of 5 situation, and they get to pick their mod... example: CRUG vs Iceblitz... crug picks aikido, then iceblitz picks wushu, etc switching off?
