i Believe Final Fantasy XIII is Best. at first 2hrs you will play it will seem boring but then the real game starts and it is awesome.

Mass Effect, as it was said before, and Star Wars Knights Of the Old Republic 1-2, its an awesome game, with awesome story.

They're all pretty neat and contains hours of gameplay, thinking, killing, leveling skills up', learning ability's and has a ton of weapons too + its freeroam thingy. Totaly the best

Final Fantasy Tactics for PSP / PSX is the best RPG;

Great combat system
One of the best character class/job systems IMO
