We dont want noobs.The only problem is: We want "pro"s who is forum active, posts daily, sits in front of the comp, etc... but every "pro" already have a clan.

It's that we are too strict obeying the rules.
The only rules that shouldn't be broken down are:
1. No spamming.
2. No flaming.
3. Be respectful.
