It costs money to have it dedicated ( It's ALWAYS permanently up ) I could try, i've done it before (kinda) but it would only be up when i'm online .-.

And by Kinda I mean I was only able to connect, I couldn't get other people to, because my router stuff is so unorganized and shitty ;_;

it would be a pain to pass it around. everyone who decides to host it would have to adjust their router to have a new port forward + they would need to download the world from the server every time.
