I don't see how this is a bad thing.... it's just one server. There is a lot of other servers...

I understand. But since there is a rule about max players limit if people can set some 30dan limit to lock up the server, its worse than having 3 max players (also, people wont be able to join until its set back, some global server admin would have to reset the exp limit)
