when i click properties it only says

Not in the browser, of course. You need to do the properties thing in windows explorer. Which means going to c:/Program Files/Toribash 3.1/replays for such. (Providing you have installed it to default directory)

ok i did that.. but when i go to watch someone else replay .. it dosnt say open.. it says save

i did the properties to 1 replay and i went to click on another one and it didnt have open in tb

That's strange, but i'm not an internet explorer user :P
Keep in mind the .rpl items keep their default ''unassociated file'' icon, even though doubleclicking them should run them.
Does internet explorer have an option in it's download prompt to open the file? If so, does it have something to select in which program the file is to be opened?

i still dont know what to do.. now when i click a replay it says Find Save Cancel
