Yeah, that's the thing about drawing manga.
I can draw a persons face/realism just fine but when it comes to fine art like manga, it's just extreme hard because it has no function, yet you must be accurate with it.

Also yet again, I explained, I must not copy other peoples drawing but study their style. My mangaist made me copy millions of human figure instead of anime picture. He said first step people doing wrong is looking at anime by itself.

I've 'just' started drawing anime again after them human figure drawings and now I want to see what other people think about it, you see? My previous picture were terrible as ever.

Noses need a bit of work. Looks like Voldemort. But the overall design is great. If you think they're terrible, I want to see some of your realistic artworks.
