gtfo with your "oh he has an idea lets bash his intelligence with reverse psychology" shit.

read hall of shame and shiz. youll know why.

oh. and gtfo with you're im so pro shit.

edit: and if you read my post better. you actually see im giving an arguement etc. basicly saying. ''most people dont know how those things work etc. thus the companies keep it in a way most people can use it''

im sorry for my stupidity against you oh mighty all knowing gormin.

your argument has no basis behind it and is CLEARLY directed towards gormin, it doesn't take an "all knowing being" to figure that one out

Enough with the flaming, stay on topic and keep your posts polite from here on out.
Mk?

Also yeah, direct cables are the fastest way to charge. However, they can also act as "vampire" devices, leaching off electricity even when your device is already fully charged. There's advantages and disadvantages to both methods.

Most people don't know how to put their device on a mat? It really ain't so hard. What part can't you figure out?

Also that thread is shamed because Boredpayne incorrectly attacked my legitimate reports. So now he is shamed.

Wireless charging is highly comparable to direct cable.
as long as it gets the same amount of voltage/amperage it should be 1:1 wireless vs wired but that depends on the wireless mat and it's capabilities to transfer electricity. i'm sure some work better than others just like some cables work better than others because of the type of wire they use within the usb cable

I would expect so.

It would certainly be faster than charging via usb.

Because the technologies you are talking about aren't yet obsolete. By your logic all televisions should be 3D and all cars electric, simply because they could be. Things need to be integrated into and out of peoples lives. Like, you can still go to a store and purchase floppy disks, and actually I needed some the other day to get some things from a really old laptop. I'm not saying what you want to see happen is somehow bad, just that you need to give it time.

What? You have something against adopting new technology that is infinitely more useful and powerful?

Even a 15 year old laptop has an ethernet port.
I was under the impression that with cables it is more easy for data to travel to and from the device, ie faster transferral of data and faster recharging teh battery etc.
I R IRONMAN
"wireless" mat charging is setting your device down on a mat that sends a signal through a phone cover (currently, in the future i would assume backplates or the entire phone will have this ability) thus "wireless" all the while it's still getting the same voltage it needs to charge the device properly thus being just as fast.

devices like bluetooth headphones and headsets can transmit data fast enough that you don't hear the difference in audio quality (or in some cases with cheap bluetooth headsets you hear a diminished quality) which doesn't affect the experience of using those devices

where as transmitting internet through wireless signals may be more difficult the technology has gotten fast enough to send high speed internet signals up to 250mbps and faster which if you have a regular or good internet connection the translated speed of the devices capabilities far exceeds the speed of your internet connection.

basically the technology isn't the problem imo battery life would be the current problem with wireless devices but that problem is being improved every day.

soon enough there wont be very much reason not to do this i mean considering phones can now send a video to a tv without cables why can't the phone work completely without them
