I wasn't in a Clan before UNCE. I had applied for SMASH because JDawg was in it. So, he ended up leaving UNCE when I had asked him to come to NCS and join up. By the way, why are you trying to get off topic?

Son of A bitch! The day I get my Wisdom Teeth pulled you guys actuall want to discuss my idea... I'll attend to all the problems I can in one post.

When it comes down to Ice's inital problem with recrution meetings. Dont get me wrong I am an optimist but I can only see a few members in teh future that would be attending these recrution meetings, If the meetings would stay at a consistant basis in the first place. From what I have gathered from being in this clan so far (understand I was a witness of the Ane outbreak) only a certain amount of members have a certain amount of powers and labels in the clan. So we have to assume that these same forum modders/server modders/game players/and (potential) scout recrution meetings corridnators, will be on and UNCE active all the time! or at least all the time that special UNCE material Black Belt ready guy is UNCE material. Its just not accountable a couple of members dealing with a couple of concrete meetings just isnt acceptable for a growing clan.

Ice also stated that we shouldnt "randomly" pick guys from servers to give tags to!!! Thats just a bunch of B.S. the tag giving process would have almost as much of a concentrated feel as giving official tags to offical members. They would be not just given at random to anyone who might be UNCE material. Such a statement, in all honesty, is a bit of an insult to all who would potentially be involved in giving the tags in the first place...

On the same Ice comment (sorry man) but I completley disagree with the PM statement, I rather be PMed after being scouted by members of a clan that I actually played a bunch of times, not just one or two guys, who I might have seen once or twice saying: your UNCE material would you like to try out!

On Ash's comment about noobs saying they would just be part of the UNCE process and make us weaker. In the long run... what is really gonna make us weaker... A bunch of hand selected Potential Recruits that have been picked solely by the skills they have represented to us; the members of UNCE, while we were in teh presnece of their greatness. OR more AssassinT's runnin around saying they are in UNCE but no other members knowing rather thats true or not... not even upper level members like you knew about that situation Ash, let alone us lowers.

On Another note away from all this defense and flaming, I just want my message to be clear, I submitted this plan a while ago, when the DEMOCRACY thread started up, solely with the object of doing what I could as an UNCE member not a ,DJ or a MOD or whatever you call them, but as a hard working guy looking to keep UNCE alive thriving and growing. I'm tired and in a lotta pain right now, I'm not asking for your sympathy, but just for you guys too leave this thread up a little longer, cause I'm all flamed out...

well if no one attends the meetings, they are left out and their vote doesnt count.

i think that the recruiting meetings should be held on MSN and should be mandatory to those that have msn, which should be everyone.

all your doing, with this MSN shit, is limiting the final process with exclusive requirements, your assuming all the clan members can do such feats that you lay down, and giving the people who can fit such requirements a place on the pedastool, ultimately separating the clan (once again) by “classes” if you will.

When it comes down too it making this process so exclusive only makes it more difficult in its finalization. Why not just keep it at the same medium through which we all end up all the time! on the forums, and more importantly in the game!!!

Don’t make such a difficult and concentrated objective harder than what it really is with these “out of the way” mediums such as; “ALL WHO DON’T GO ON MSN ARE BAD, THE HELL WITH ‘EM”
