Proportions aside, thing that look awkward is his ''skirt''. Its done in haste (probably tired after all those detail job on the armor) and somehow doesn't work with the rest.
And, although while drawing fantasy characters you can be somewhat free to magnify some proportions I think you went too far, going over the top with caricaturization.
