On the contrary... I've actually gotten it to work on my ipod touch. Well sorta.
First you'd need to jailbreak your iphone/ipod touch. Second, you need to install a program on both your computer and the jailbroken ipod called "VNsea." This is a nifty little program that allows you to remote control your desktop computer with your ipod VIA a local area network. Now all you have to do is remote control your desktop and open up toribash and play.*
Now the "sorta" part. The FPS is extremely horrible because it isn't yet pheasable to transfer data quick enough to produce an acceptable frame rate. Due to this, I do not recommend this technique, and thus I didn't make a tut about it.
Currently, the iphone/itouch community is working on basic emulators (nes/gba/ps1) so I can almost guarantee that genuine port to this generation of device is impossible because frankly, it wasn't built for this kind of stuff.
*If you want to know more about this kind of stuff, google it. I'm not spending hours typing out every single step just for one or two morons who dont know what google is. However, if your stuck at all, feel free to PM me if your question is reasonable.
