It would not be the same clan, think about it. The only thing similar it would share is a name... the people and direction of the clan would be entirely different.

A clan isn't a name between two brackets, it is instead the people who make up the name.

If you can find for me a memberlist of the people in your revival of Bloodstained, and I find that at least five of them are players from the other memberlist, I will allow you to try to do this. Of course, I'll have to contact them to be sure they're in [Bloodstained], don't try lying. Seriously, don't try lying.

Also, I'm not trying to be an asshole. There's a rule about not reviving dead clans, and that was set in place a long time ago.

Lastly, you'll find that hampa isn't the one who takes care of the Clans section, he has a LOT of other things to do. That's why I'm around, I'm the Clan-caretaker, so to speak. He isn't aware of your previous disruptive behavior, or the state of [Bloodstained]'s death, and that's obviously going to influence his decision.
