Let me actually answer the question, I personally think they should be able to get married, its not like your the one doing it. So why should you care what someone else likes and or gets married to, its one thing to be involved, but its another to just watch it. Its not like you have to sit and watch them. And I personally think, as long as they don't pull anything on me, It's fine with me what they decide to like and what not

I'm astonished at those who argue that gay people cannot marry purely because it's typically been viewed as a religious/straight union.
The fact of the matter is that marriage is not purely a religious affair, it is a secularized process which enacts legal and fiscal agreements between the spouses. It affects their taxes, child custody, etc. It is not something you can deny because your deity said so.

Whether you like it or not, most western countries are not secular. Christianity created the concept of marriage, therefore they control what should be allowed by it.

A. Create rights for homosexual unions
B. Create a new 'usergroup' for homosexuals, in which they can unite and have their own rights.
Attempting to attack an institution that has been around for as long as marriage has is utterly stupid. No good can come from directly attacking it.
