Other. It was at Swedish Game Awards site, which someone at the forums at the Underdogs linked to in some thread (because of some other game I believe).

Which was pretty lucky, considering there wasn't any download at this site then, but there was at that silly award site

Same here. I posted it on somethingawful because nobody was playing, from there on it spread like a wildfire around the internet.

Actually, I don't remeber. I was just surfing on all kind of random pages and chatting, then I was in Toribashs homepage.
But I didn't found it any of those.
