She is 14 and both her and the 18 year old WILLINGLY had sex with eachother and from what she told me, she came on to him. But that's not to completley take out of the question that the guy was also engaged. The 14 year old claimed "Well if he loved her he wouldn't have cheated on her." However, she is the one that induced it and should have thought about that before, AND she should have been mature enough to realize that he was engaged and respected that fact instead of trying to do things with him.

This is how society has always been, here. I don't see cursing as a big deal, it's just words that we attach a negative meaning to. All of my friends have never done drugs, although I'm pretty introverted and only have a few friends, maybe 10. I don't like rap, but I simply avoid listening to rap radio stations. Sex should be fine as long as they aren't having kids and use protection. There are plenty of good people in this society, you just have to find them and be picky about your friends.
If you look wayy back in the past, you'll see how good our society really is.

Doesnt matter what she feels, its ILLEGAL, she has no RIGHT to consent at her age LEGALLY. And in LEGAL terms thats called Rape. Just because she wants to have sex at 14 doesnt make her mature enough to make the decision, shes just hitting puberty and her hormones are raging, THATS her "mature decision" you speak of.

It is rape. It's sexual intercourse without consent. If an underage person says yes, it's not consent as she's not of age to give consent. Therefore the sex is without consent, therefore it's rape.
