I can do it.
I play soccer and we have to jog 5 miles as warm up and then practice, and then do 2 20s.
That is pretty much everyday.

And I am 15, 120 lbs and 5'8".
I wish.
Wow, you are all VERY Fit compared to me.

I'm 15, 235 lbs and don't really run a lot.

(Keep in mind I'ts not all fat. I'm trying to have a steady balance of Fat And muscle for Football, Being a tackle is not easy for a thin person.)

1 mile = 1.6 kilometer

I can jog, without stopping, about 6 kilometers, if I really push it I could probably do 7.

5'9~, 140 pounds.
I've never run so much that i couldn't run any more.

Ive ran for 5 hours straight in the mountains. i think it was 10 miles forward 10 miles back.

I feel like I'd be able to run farther if my stomach wouldn't start to kill me at that .8 of a mile. I don't know if that's supposed to happen or not, but I really feel like I'd be able to push it a little more if I didn't feel like I was going to collapse.

In shape i can run a mile in around 8: 30 or so without stopping. Out of shape, its like 10 without stopping.
Keep in mind: 6'2 250 lbs Offensive right tackle. So I say I can run pretty good for my size.

I've got a pretty good mile (7: 32) for a right guard.
I'm just bulky.
