Fix the place where nose should be.
It looks like there is no nose at all.
It should show nose contours a little.

the ears are to blurry and try to fix the effect that it is a mask he haves on
and youshould see where his nose is

and still working on proportions... they are so hard T_T

Sharpen the ears and edit the mask's upper layer.
It looks like its flying over the lower layer.
And also is there woman's lips under the mask?
Do you see the difference between colours of
skin around lips and the skin under the mask?
Fix the lips or at least fix the color of skin.
I would remake hair also.
It seems like there's a lot of work to do,but it's just wip,right? :3

Looks much better now.
But anyway remove that ugly hole from mouth.
It will look better if you make some lip contoures on mask as you did with nose.
And last - rework the hair.

Those eyes are too angled, watch eyes up-close for inspiration, then re-do them.
