First off the concept.
The Monster logo is jagged and sharp. It's not really portrayed with the smoothness of this particular robot texture. On a Monster head, I would expect to see more sharpness and something that screams ferocious.
The visor looks rather dull and I dislike how it glows.
Reduce the glow on the Monster logo. It just makes it look blurry which doesn't fit the head. I would totally try to add some depth on it though, to make it look inset into the plate. That would be pretty hot.
I'm not a fan of how the lines under the visor map, neither do I like the similar one above the logo. They could both be done better and have monster depth (no pun intended.)
The small plates on the sides should actually line up. They aren't really keeping the flow. The one nearest the visors is incredibly sharp which throws off the style. Though it would fit the logo more, it doesn't fit the rest of the head.
Lighting is off in places and just looks lazy.
Finally, there is quite the obvious seam in the back.
