ok the real shovel (almost unbeatable)
1)lower arms, contrast pex, extend abs, garb hands
2) raise arms extend ancle hips and knees
3)keep doing this untill your legs are behing your abs and close to tuching ground
4) contrast hips ONLY

5)if they go to throw you down during the shovel than raise your arms and extend your lags (and it should throw them down and posibly cut in half)
6)the only way to beat this is for them to grab your sholders while there still down or strait and then trist left or right... but the shoveler can twish there body in the other way to recover...
