"Shoveling" is a strategy. You shouldnt ban people for using a certian strategy.
Sure it may get annoying and piss a few people off, but that doesnt mean you should ban them from the site.

There's no rule against it. All moves in toribash is valid since your only moving the joints.
If players shoveling should be banned, there will be no more players in-game since most of our moves are considered shovel specially for losers. They will simply report them and it will flood the scam report thread.

well any one knows how to counter shovel cuz a saw one player his belt is black 3rd dan i guess using shovel and i cant counter it

Keep practising. You're bound to counter it. Plus, even if he was 3rd dan, belts dont realy matter you know.
