bro i have gimp2
i dont have admin.
therefore ic ant install properly.
i hacked to install gimp, even though i did hax(more like bypassing admin) i still cant put files in admin folders.
sooo
one of gimps .dll file (needed for enarly all gimps functions) isnt there.
so i get 200 pop ups telling me its not there and that 200 functions wont work because of this.

including the codex for jpeg gif and others

Afaik, you right click the install icon and click "Run as Admin".

i said i dont have admin, gimp doesnt require admin to run, only to install (because of one file zomg)

Either way, get Photoshop.

I use GIMP though.

Yes, I did, but from what I have I guess it is my best so far.
