Yeah just let her talk. Find out stuff she likes and mention it and you two will go into an interesting conversation. Bring her somewhere like A river, ocean, movies, beach, etc. I'm only giving you these options because that's what i'm used to. I live in a place where all that's possible.

Compliment her appearance, like her clothing, hair, eyes, etc.

On the end of a date always say something like "You looked amazing tonight".
