how many Ampers does the PSU u want output on the 12v line? is it enough for 6950?
it probably is enough but just check and be on the safe side.

and go with the intel SSDs 32-64 gb is enough,

EDIT: any rams on 1600 MHz with lower CAS/RAS latencies? get an CL-tRCD-tR = 8-8-8 if thecost is not much higher

EDIT2: checked the +12v output fror your PSU, its like +12V@52A: http://www.outletpc.com/gc3551.html#axzz1VqLLTaOy it can practically put out all of the power thu just that line, more than enough for 6950
