The game is nice, but it seems like it missed the mark quite a bit.
As a PC gamer, this is quite obviously meant to be a console title, thus you are often restricted to "one solution" as such. Even small things like aiming work differently than a PC gamer would expect, holding SHIFT will target the best (?) target automatically, which is annoying when you need to target one particular target and it doesn't select that one for you. Targeting with the cursor is clumsy at best, with the bullets moving "near" the reticle even with 100% accuracy.
The art style is severely saturated, which is juxtaposed with the grimy narration. In all it is made to feel like a fantasy western, which comes off as strangely familiar yet the colourful graphics keep you somewhat on edge.
It had real potential to become an awesome ARPG, but it seems like they decided to just make it an action game. Actually now that I think about it, it seems like they were very indecisive, with the narration being in past tense... Perhaps this is explained later, I have not yet finished the game.
Sadly this game has such a cool world, but has little to no exploration opportunities. You are spoon-fed the entire game. It comes off as "baby's first ARPG".
