Okay, so i opened it in gimp and then save it as a tga not compressed(rle) then opened toribash, saw my head on the beggining replay that is shows in the menu, then played sp, just a tori head. tried to upload the tga that was in my custom folder and it said "Upload Failed. Make sure the filetype is valid
Contact support for more information". So now its still the Jpeg thats uploaded on my texture.

Verify that the file you saved with gimp and uploaded has tga extension.

I managed to upload any file that has tga extension.

still getting nothing
